San Mateo Clinic is in a white 9 story-building at 1ST Ave. and Ellsworth Ave. Go down the ramp to a parking garage. Receive a parking ticket and take the elevator up to 8TH floor. The ticket will be validated in our clinic.
San Jose Clinic is located at Saratoga Ave. and Moorpark Ave. From I-280, exit and go south on Saratoga Ave. Turn right on Moorpark Ave., then you will see the sign, "OKAI CHIROPRACTIC" on the right hand side. Our clinic is behind an acupuncture clinic
